Ideas - what you can build with Pagemo
Real ways people can use one simple page of questions and answers.
Pagemo is not only for "FAQ pages". Anything that's easier to read as short questions with short answers fits. Each idea below takes one site and a few minutes.
For a small business or shop
- Customer FAQ: shipping, returns, opening hours, how to order. Put the link in your email signature and on your social profiles so you answer once instead of a hundred times.
- Pricing explainer: answer "what's included?" and "how do I pay?" in plain words.
- Service area and booking info: where you work, how to book, what to bring.
For events and groups
- Event info page: parking, schedule, what to wear, who to call. Share one link with every guest.
- Wedding or party guide: dress code, travel, gift questions.
- Class or workshop page: what to prepare, what's included, how to join.
- Club or community rules: one page new members can read before they ask.
For your own online presence
- Link-in-bio answers: a page for your social profile that answers "what do you do?", "how can I hire you?" and "where can I buy?".
- Freelancer or creator page: services, turnaround time, how you work.
- Media kit questions: the things journalists and sponsors always ask.
For teams and helping people
- Team handbook: how we do expenses, time off, who to ask for what.
- New-hire onboarding: answers to the first-week questions.
- Product help for customers: how-tos with bold steps and links.
- Support deflection: link to it from your contact form or auto-reply so common questions get answered before anyone emails you.
Tips to make any of these work well
- Write questions the way your visitors ask them, not the way you'd title them.
- Keep each answer short. Link out for details.
- Group by topic using sections, so people can jump to what they need.
- Put the most common questions first.
- Use bold for the one thing the reader must not miss.
