Add your questions and answers

Open the Q&A tab. You have two ways to work, and you can switch any time with the Bulk Edit and Cards buttons.

Bulk Edit: type or paste everything in one box

This is the fastest way if you already have your questions in a document.

1. Put each question on its own line.
2. Put the answer on the lines right below it.
3. Leave one empty line between one question and the next.

Example:

How do I place an order?
Pick your item and check out. You'll get an email right away.

Can I cancel?
Yes, within 2 hours of ordering.

Group questions under headings

Start a line with ## followed by a name to make a section:

## Shipping
How long does delivery take?
3 to 5 business days.

## Returns
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days.

Visitors will see your sections as groups, with a quick menu to jump between them once there are two or more.

Cards: one box per question

Click Cards to see each question and answer in its own box. You can edit the text, add a section name, add new items and delete items.

Make answers look better

Answers support simple formatting:

• **bold text** makes text bold
• *italic text* makes text italic
• [link text](https://example.com) makes a clickable link
• Start lines with - to make a bullet list

Good to know

• Your changes are kept in your browser as you type, but click Save so they're stored safely.
• You need at least one question before you can publish.
• Answers go live only when you click Publish or Update (how).
